I was awaking this morning. My view is to the north west. The sky was clearly blue [so I was very happy to have a sunny day for a change], but I noticed a contrail/chemtrail [?] drifting toward me/south to north, and moving quickly -- soon to be overhead [and not visible when that happened]. They are not caused by the camera. Others are getting them too. Here's how. Wait till it's snowing, raining, or the mist is down on the ground. Go outside or open a window, screen removed. Take a photo without flash, then take one of the same scene with a flash. You should see the orbs. Sometimes there's a few even when the conditions are not optimal. That hum people hear is probably their power lines and/or their electric meter. This is what it turned out to be here in Fossil, Oregon. It comes and goes. Seems to have something to do with the appearance of the spray planes. If you hear it at night, follow the noise. Anyone else being woken up by a low hum at night? Like a low frequency noise? This started happening to me since they have been spraying heavily in my area. HAARP + chemtrails = earthquakes?

What have you heard about HAARP and earthquakes? When you bounce nearly 4 million watts back to the earth, it's gonna have an impact.  Some have said the Japan's earthquakes was a HAARP experiment gone bad.  Hhhhm....???  Thoughts?

I have looked into HAARP and feel it has a part in the Chemtrail issue. Build it and use it...then abuse it! We have had several posts on this site explaining that the chemicals in the sky could act as a plasma TV as the sky has the same chemical composition as the TV screen. This could lead to varous outcomes...project or create what you want the people to see. I think the new chemtrail clouds are formed or energized by HAARP or other local electical means. The self appointed NWO elite want to bring it on. Let's decrease the population by minipulating the weather by creating storms and cause earthquakes...HAARP and poison our air...chemtrails.  The people, who are the victims of this evil, won't be a threat for the NWO's resources once the doomsday event, which NWO is aware of, happens and causes havoc for the remaining population.

It's so odd that NOwhere in the news or media are we hearing about it.  I saw one mention of a San Diego weather station that referred to some "military chaff" that was blocking the radar.  That's about it.  Oh, and the one brief documentary about contrails.  My goodness - this stuff MUST be blocking tons of radars besides contributing to the outrageous increase in asthma and other aluminum-related illnesses.  My suggestion is for everyone to get tested for aluminum, barium, and strontium.  Guess what - my antiperspirant would NOT be the source.  LOL!

There is a video on youtube that has Benjamin Fulford talking to the japanese finance minister.  That video purports to show the Japanese FM explaining that he refused to turn over Japan's treasury to the NWO so they in return used their "earthquake machine" (HAARP)  to punish his country.  We know that it is possible because HAARP is Tesla technology used in a nefarious manner.  He proved in the 30's that EMF could set off faults... These people are pure EVIL...
