Huge, Erratic DROPS in UV Light Shown on NOAA Website after 2005 Weather Modification Act (Chemtrail Proof?)

Just found the NOAA National Weather Service website below that shows annual monthly and annual changes in UV light levels in key U.S. states since 1994.

After 2005, you'll start to see erratic, huge downward spikes in the UV levels, when we're supposed to be experiencing "global warming". It worsens towards 2011. I say that it's weather modification efforts that are causing cloud cover to cover up UV rays. You don't have to be a conspiracy theorist to wonder what's up.

Find your own state and see if this holds true. VERY strange. Of course, it could just be me, LOL!

I gotta check that out...I didn't know there was a weather modification act.  I want to know more.  Our freakin' congress has sold us out to pass acts that are so grossly destructive to all humanity, plants, animals and marine life, and oh, you know, freedom for instance, and all that other stuff we worked all our lives to achieve.  They get voted into service and come out filthy rich.  Their service, it turns out..was never for us...and.is always for sale.

Thanks, Earth. I just read the Weather Mod act. Disgustingly without detail, so essentially it permits experimentation on the populace. We are very heavily chemtrailed in Seattle and Western Washington. It is my belief that the whooping cough epidemic currently happening is one of those experiments. The area that it began in (Snohomish and Skagit counties) which are adjacent to my county (King) are chemtrailed virtually every day. In previous years there wer 12 to 14 cases of whooping cough per year. Last year there were 128 cases. This year we are ten times that amount at1,284 confirmed cases as of early May, and an estimate that doubles that as each test to confirm whooping cough costs $400 and many cases do not reqire a doctor- it's the kids who suffer. Twelve deaths so far of babies and children. The campaign to vaccinate every person in Washington is on heavy. I don't get them, period. I think, like many that they are prepping our bodies to become ultra- susceptible to the 'death spray' that is coming. The precedent for aerosoling whooping cough happened in Tampa Bay, Florida in 1955. Look up the Cornicom Institute if you haven't already for a history of biological 'testing, and warfare against various cities, communities, etc in the US and elsewhere.

Hi Patricia;  I totally believe Whooping Cough (and many others to come) are the result of chemtrail spraying.  It's creepy.
