Wow! I just wanted to mention on the whole chipping part here in the U.S. They made rfid chips availabe (by OPTION) about a year to two years ago - but, now that this whole ridiculous "obamacare" has passed, I am sure that it states in the bill somewhere that all Americans will need to be chipped - and since the bill was passed, Americans will have to - those that are sheep and will not fight to say no. I know I'll fight til the end!

I have an opinion on the chipping plan.
They started with our pets and have moved on to passports and the new style bank cards.
Are the proposed mandatory ID cards going to be chipped? I don't know, but I bet they won't miss that opportunity. I've read that clothing manufacturers are now converting RFID for store security instead of the old style magnets.
You have to give these guys some recognition for their methods of 'gradualism'. How long have we been chipping our pets now? Long enough so that it doesn't seem unnatural to us any more.
I think the next major goal for them is chipping new cash. When the cash has been complete we've pretty much lost all our privacy. We have to realise that the technology available today is more than capable of following every cash transaction that takes place.
However I think the ultimate goal after this is to implant us with a society chip in a cashless world. All income and outgoings will take place through the chip. All bills paid on time through the chip and you will only be able to make dispute after payment has been taken. No one will be able have more than the 'powers that be' deem that they should have.
And, of course, as soon as we misbehave, they'll just turn the chip off, leaving us outside of society with no means to pay for food / clothing / housing etc.
It's the ultimate 'slave chain'.
Of course, it will be much, much easier for them to handle when there are fewer people in the world.

I forgot to mention that RFID is present in the cell phone industry as well. as an employee you need to register with an electrical appliance before you can start your work... (RFID was kindly enough to write their name on this appliance...) disturbing, how reality slaps your face sometimes..

It's so scary Silvia. Why do they want to know where we are at every second of every day.
There's enough mobile phone masts around to pretty much triangulate our positions wherever we are.
Is this to enable them to 'sweep up' all of us left after whatever catastrophy they have planned for us?
Triangulate us, pick us up then it's hi ho, off we go to the FEMA camps that are springing up everywhere.
Does anyone know if we have a British equivalent to the FEMA camp?
I suppose we all have to look out for facilities where the fencing has a barbed 'top line' that leans inwards rather that outwards. Made for keeping people in, rather than keeping people out.

This discussion thread seems to have diverted a bit.
I'd like to go back to my original point of what part the chem trails play in the big agenda.
I agree that depopulation through illness must be a key part of it, but I am wondering about the sociological / political effects.
Is there some form of attitude manipulation (maybe through use of psychotropic substances)?
Does anyone know if violent crime increases after spraying (society becoming more agressive) or maybe a reduction after spraying (society becoming more subdued and calm)?
How often are your local crime figures published? Can we establish correllation on the dates or are the figures published so infrequently it's impossible to cross reference dates?
Has anyone noticed if local govermental policy changes get proposed after a bout of spraying and how much reaction the public displays towards proposed changes after spraying?
Are they dumbing us down with the spray and then forcing legislation through while the spray produces a 'couldn't care less' effect on us, so we don't raise argument?
It's just a hunch, but I feel THEY must be making more use of this tool than just the depopulation agenda.
Any ideas would be welcome and any evidence would really be appreciated.

I think your points have a lot of merit Andy. There does seem to be a great deal of apathy about these days. Certainly our government here are out of control, bailing out the banks for their ill deeds and no one is making a big fuss about it really, it makes you wonder!

Very true Andy! That's why, those that know what the "agenda" is, you must prepare - stock up on food, water, self defense, etc. they want total control...where are you from? I am assuming not from the U.S.?

As for the healthcare bill, all you gotta do is go to youtube and look up canada's national healthcare - you'll see what I am talking about.

Basically, you have to have approval from your government to get looked at, EVEN IF IT'S AN EMERGENCY, so, if I were to go into the E.R. having a heart attack, I mise well just stay home and die because it can take 10 hours to get governmental approval.

Part of depopulation...another is to get us to kill each other, which they are constantly working on.

Where do the trails fit in?

There's a few things I have heard....and believe...

Weather modification......everytime you get chemed, do you ever notice that clouds roll in? Or that chemtrail expands so much that it looks like a giant cloud? Why would they do that? All that GMO crops are able to flourish in any weather.....well, naturally raised crops are not able to, with very little sun, the naturally grown crops die, and the GMO live and get harvested and we eat it.

Look into Monsanto's. A company that produces pesticides. The pesticide used for corn has been proven to kill important organs in mice and rats.

Sickness.........some chemtrail dust was tested and there was barium in it. Barium is a cancer causing chemical that effects the liver and kidneys.

Another way to depopulate.
