As a group, we need to start calling our congressmen and senators and emailing them EVERY day until this stops.  We can catch samples of rain, test it and submit that for their confirmation, send them links to this website, we really need to continually harrass them until we notice fewer and fewer planes in the air and clearer skies. Other options are to protest at local small airports, these are fixed based operations and are scattered all over the country.  I've discussed chemtrails w/corporate pilots and they didn't know about it. Many of them fly at heights much higher than the chemtrail pilots do and they wouldn't necessarily see the trails. What about the air traffic control men/women...are they telling their families to stay inside while the planes spray all day? We have to fight this, we have to do more than blogging about these issues.  Attend Town Hall meetings, ask questions, call your local news station and follow through until you get publicity. This is so sickening...they are poisoning the planet.

I love your passion.  I really do... I tried writing letter after l,etter to the local paper - they refuse to print them.  I wrote letters to ALL my elected officials, both national and local.  No response.  Finally i chose to concentrate on Sen. Richard Shelby because he had been in DC for a long time, and he was on several committees that perhaps could've rendered him privy to some of this type technology.  After the third attempt I received a letter.  He stated that he had forwarded my concerns to the EPA, and that I should be expecting a response from them.  About a week later i did indeed receive a letter from the EPA explaining to me what a CONDENSATION TRAIL was -complete with an internet address to a USAF site that explains con-trails in agonizingly long scientific terms.

I toyed with writing back to either or both but finally decided that it was a gigantic waste of time. I am afraid that ANY campaign at this point will also be a wasted effort.  THE DAMAGE IS DONE.  The statistics that I have read say something to the effect of 97% of humanity are now infected with the pathogens being sprayed.  Of course I don't know what YOU personally believe is going on with these things, and it's none of my business - I respect your opinion - BUT I have what they are amusingly calling "morgellons" disease, and it ain't going away.

All that being said, let me state for the record that I will assist you in every way possible, I will help when and where, and however I can-

Hi Terry,

Thanks for reaching out.  I am so angry you have Morgellons, I researched Morgellons and again, am stunned at what is happening to our society.  This is horrible and it continues, no one seems to be able to stop it.  I am also surprised at how long this has been going on. I was clueless until the beginning of March. What do you think would be the most effective way to get across to our gov't?  Who is spraying and ultimately what is the goal, engineering weather, the population or both?  I am asking my friends to advocate as well.  We can all afford to spend more time on this cause.

I also hoped to do something besides complain.  I have called and called everyone I could think of including my local airport.  My conversation with them is still on the front page.  As for our government.  Not helpful. Please read below and by the way, when push came to shove the word Chemtrails were taken out of the bill, but Mr. Kucinich tried, bless his heart. 

After years of denial from government, military, and environmental agencies, the reality of the controversial issue regarding the covert programs known as Chemtrails has been acknowledged.

 

On October 2, 2001 Congressman Dennis Kucinich, Ohio introduced H. R. 2977 during the 1st Session of the 107th Congress of the United States. The "Space Preservation Act of 2001" seeks to "preserve the cooperative, peaceful uses of space for the benfit of all humankind by permanently prohibiting the basing of weapons in space by the United States, and to require the President to take action and implement a world treaty banning space-based weapons."

 

In the bill Chemtrails are listed as an "exotic weapons system". Ironically in Section 7 - Definitions. The complete text of the bill may be found at Clifford Carnicom's website, "Chemtrail Crimes and Coverup Documented".

 

The bill also addresses such things as particle beams, electromagnetic radiation, plasma, or extremely low frequency (ELF) or ultra low frequency (ULF) energy radiation, and mind-control as weapons. All of these areas have been researched and pondered by those investigating chemtrails and working to gain accountability for those programs.

 

They can't have it both ways. Water vapor is not a weapon.

 

This is a call to all those of conscience. This is a time when action is needed. It is time. The lies have gone on long enough. We can tell the Air Force and the Navy and the other agencies involved in this criminal activity, "No, You may NOT own the Weather ...Period!" We may not have another chance.

 

On behalf of the members of Chemtrail Tracking USA, Clifford Carnicom's Board, Chemtrail Central and the many other groups and individuals working diligently to get accountability, we urge your listeners to respond. Contact government and media, demand answers. If not now, when?

Note regarding particulars of HR 2977 -

 

The 'Space Preservation Act of 2001' deals mainly with space as defined by ALTITUDE. Granted, we don't receive reports of chemtrails or contrails in space.

 

The bill states "SEC. 7. DEFINITIONS. In this Act:

 

(1) The term 'space' means all space extending upward from an altitude greater than 60 kilometers above the surface of the earth and any celestial body in such space."

 

However, in Section 7, 2 (C) it states.

 

"The term 'exotic weapons systems' includes weapons designed to damage space or NATURAL ECOSYSTEMS (such as the ionosphere and upper atmosphere) or CLIMATE, WEATHER, and tectonic systems with the purpose of inducing damage or destruction upon a target population or region on earth or in space." (emphasis added.)

 

This would definately include the altitude at which chemtrails are found.

 

In addition, in Section 7 - Definitions, it is stated in (2)(A) "The terms 'weapon' and 'weapons system' mean a device capable of any of the following: (ii) Inflicting death or injury on, or damaging or destroying, a person (or the biological life, bodily health, mental health, or physical and economic well-being of a person)--(III) by expelling chemical or biological agents in the vicinity of a person."

 

Here, of course, the word "vicinity" would need further definition. But chemtrails fit the bill (pun intended) as a weapons program that is threatening the biological life, bodily health, mental health, and the physical and economic well-being of millions of people.

 

HR 2977 has a lot to be desired as a bill in relation to chemtrails. This in no way negates the fact that chemtrails have been named as an exotic weapon in a congressional document.

 

For battle weary chemtrail researchers and activists, this is very important. Whether Rep. Kucinich intended it or not, he has handed us the can opener to the biggest can of worms he has probably ever seen. We intend, with our flags in hand, and as loud a voice as can be collectively gathered, to open the can. -LK

yes I have been getting the word out and we need to ask media to get involved I e-mailed Fox but diidnt get a reply ..so I have asked the Western Journalism website to get involved I am waiting for a reply but they did send an e-mail saying they would be in touch shortly ..I will call Issa who is our guy here in CA hes a Republican and is nor afraid to speak out .I have had a dry cough for weeks now also every day my eyes hurt and sting ..never mind head aches .,these are no ordinary allergies ..
